　　1、产地证、植检证不能添改需要清洁的资料口

　　1. Certificate of Origin and Certificate of Plant Inspection should not be added to the materials and ports that need to be cleaned.

　　2,植检证上需填写重量和体积，商检、海关以体积做为商检费和增税的依据。

　　2. Weight and volume should be filled in in the plant inspection certificate. Volume should be used as the basis of commodity inspection fee and tax increase by commodity inspection and customs.

　　3、产地证、植检证上的重量一定要准确，〔体积跟重量成正比〕。货物的实际重量跟申报的重量相差1吨以上，将罚款、补税严重者进入海关缉私科。几个月才能出来

　　4、木板类的重量需注意:木板材有二种尺寸，行业内的销售尺寸和切割尺寸，海关、商检查验的时候按货物的实际重量和尺寸检查、过磅。所以重量一定按切割尺寸填写

　　5、卡板的注意事项:垫木、木卡板需要有IPPC标记或用压缩板和塑胶板

　　6、装箱单:毛重含卡板的重量、净重应值写切割尺寸的实际重量，不能填写销售尺寸的重量。
